Infrared Kerotectomy (IRK) is a laser based procedure, like LASIK, that is used to correct presbyopia.

The advantages of IRK are that it is a non-invasive procedure that does not involve any cutting or damaging of the eye. Visual recovery is immediate with minimum downtime, and the problem of regression does not occur.
